If a non-dealer purchases a vehicle with a ‘Peddle Non-Public Clean Title,’ will they receive a clean title?

As your broker and a dealer, this situation wouldn’t apply to you as a non-dealer customer. We, as the dealer, would purchase and then reassign the vehicle to you, ensuring it retains a clean title. However, please bear in mind that there is a possibility a vehicle with a clean title may be reclassified as salvage due to NMVTIS regulations.
