If storage fees are incurred, how do those fees get paid?

If you run into storage fees, you can call us and we’ll take your payment over the phone and in return pay the auction on your behalf. Some auction location accept payment via credit card or a money order directly at yard. Read more

How do i know which car I’m bidding on will sale for the auction price and not have a reserve on it?

Unfortunately, we do not know if the vehicle has a reserve price until we end up winning that vehicle at auction. If we win and the item has a reserve price, we will notify you and let you know what the reserve is. Please keep in mind, we never go directly to the reserve price.

We will always try to negotiate with the seller to try to get you the best price possible.
