Water/Flood vehicles can be fixed. Please be very aware that depending on extend of the water damage/water level in the vehicle, parts such as engine, electrical etc may be severely damaged. Most of the flood vehicles would not sell as “Run and Drive” just to prevent engine from starting in the case it may have water in it. Read more
Export refers to shipping out of the country. For vehicles with Certificate of Destruction titles, they can either be dismantled for parts within the USA or exported for use outside of the country.
