After I send my wire transfer, how do I confirm it was received?

Once your wire transfer is received in our bank account, it will be promptly posted to your RideSafely account. We kindly ask that you email us a copy of the wire transfer receipt after initiating the transfer. This allows us to accurately match your payment to incoming wires and ensure it is applied correctly to your account.

What happens if I win a bid and don’t make the payment on time?

For transportation payments, you will typically receive an email with detailed instructions. United States customers can make payments to transport@ridesafely.com via Zelle®. Overseas customers have the option to use either Zelle® or wire transfer for their payments.

Do you accept a form of payment by credit card?

We accept credit or debit cards for deposit purposes. However, for the final purchase of the item, the remaining balance must be settled via wire transfer, overnight delivery of a cashier’s check, or by depositing a cashier’s check at a local TD Bank, accompanied by the receipt and identification.
