Why there are no refund option in my account?

- Your deposit is allocated towards an active bid or an open invoice.
- Your refund has already been processed.
How does the ‘Buy Now’ option for vehicles work?

- After submitting a “Buy Now” request, an invoice will be generated for you.
- The invoice will contain all necessary information to continue with the purchase.
- Upon receiving your full payment for the “Buy Now” item, we’ll secure the vehicle for you, given it’s still available at the auto auction.
- In the unlikely event that the vehicle becomes unavailable, the amount paid will be credited to your RideSafely account.
- You can then opt to select a different vehicle or request a refund.

What happens to deposit when no bids were won on that day?
