If a non Dealer purchases a vehicle with a Peddle Non Public Clean Title, would they receive a Clean Title?

Minnesota Peddle Non Public Clean Title means that it cannot be sold through auction to public. In which case it’s a clean title for us because we are a dealer. Can I pay full amount with my debit card if I win an auction?

No. Full payment must be done via secured funds such as bank wire transfer, cashier’s check or money order. You can also deposit funds directly into one of our bank accounts. If I purchased a car in Texas, can my friend pick up the car and do the shipping on my behalf?
