I need to know the location vehicle is so I can pick up

Once the vehicle is ready for pick up (after we have received all signed documents and complete payment), the pick up address will be emailed to you and also be available on your ridesafely.com account under pick up location tab. We will also be calling you to provide additional information.

If you believe that all is complete and you still didn’t receive the information, please call our office at 215-289-0300.
