On Certificate of Destruction titles that say “for Export Only,” does that refer to exporting out of the state it’s in or out of the country?
Export refers to shipping out of the country. For vehicles with Certificate of Destruction titles, they can either be dismantled for parts within the USA or exported for use outside of the country.
