To pick up an item we give you a buyer, lot number and your identification is what you will need.

How does someone find out if a motorcycle has a salvage title?

Normally it tells you on the description of the item and you can also do a carfax or autocheck for history on the item.

If I make a deposit and someone outbids me how and when would I get my deposit back?

The deposit is a hold on your card. Once you request a refund we will advise your card issuer within 48hrs of the request and it will take them 3 to 5 business days to release the hold.

If I win a bid on buy now and it’s another state can I go get the vehicle and drive it back to my home state?

We do not recommend you to drive the item home. We are not able to guarantee to what extent the item runs a drive and it not registered. The items should be picked up via transport. Once the item is picked up the auction will mail the title to us to reassign and then send to you.

What happens if I loose a title and/or need to order a duplicate?

To request a duplicate title, you will need to provide us with a single photo clearly showing the following three items in it in order to prove that you are still in possession of the vehicle:

  1. your Driver License or Passport,
  2. the VIN of the vehicle from the door jam or the windshield, and
  3. a recent publication with the date visible (e.g., newspaper, magazine, store flyer).
