Can an Auction be cancelled if the Final Bid is low?

The auction has the right to cancel, reschedule or reject bids. If auction bid has been cancelled, more than likely this item had a reserve price on it. If you have an inventory number you are questioning, we can take a look at it and see if we can give you more information on it. Read more

If we have a deposit and don’t buy can we get the money back?

Yes. You can request a refund online or call us at (215) 289-0300 for immediate release of funds. If you do nothing, your funds will automatically go back to your credit card within 5 days. Read more
