When is the maximum date to pay when you win bidding on car?
The payment is due within 2 business days after an invoice has been posted for you. Once we post the invoice, we will also call you to give you further instructions.
I can’t request a refund even though I didn’t win the car, and it has been more than three days since the auction for the item ended. What should I do?
Your security deposit is available for use on subsequent bids for up to 5 days. Note that the deposit merely places a hold on your card for no longer than 5 business days. Without any charges from us or a refund request from you, this hold automatically lifts after the 5-day window.

I was trying to bid on a car but it say I have to contact customer service why please?
There could be several reasons why we would ask you to contact us first.
- There maybe a potential title issue (parts only, unable to register in your state, etc) – we might want to discuss that with your before you bid.
- It could be a heavy duty item and we would need to confirm with your prior to your bid that you will be able to transport it.
