After I send my wire transfer, how do I confirm it was received?

Once your wire transfer is received in our bank account, it will be promptly posted to your RideSafely account. We kindly ask that you email us a copy of the wire transfer receipt after initiating the transfer. This allows us to accurately match your payment to incoming wires and ensure it is applied correctly to your account.

I need full bank account details for international transactions. How can I obtain them?

For your security, we maintain the confidentiality of our banking details. Access to wire transfer information is provided in your customer account on our website, either when you decide to raise your bidding limit or after an invoice has been generated. This ensures that all transactions are safe and secure.

Can I make my final payment with credit card and secondly do you finance?

Full payment must be done via certified funds such as bank wire transfer, cashier’s check or money orders. We can only accept your deposit which is either $400 or 10% of your purchase price via credit card. Unfortunately, we do not finance. Read more

How do I get a Wire Transfer refund?

To initiate a Wire Transfer refund, please submit a refund request through your online account by providing your banking details. Alternatively, you can directly email us at info[at]ridesafely.com with the required information, including the account holder’s name, account number, routing or SWIFT code, and the address linked to the account. It’s important to note that the name on the refund request must match the name from the original wire transfer we received.
