Can I participate in the auction without a preliminary bid?

Yes. Some auctions are available for live bidding. If you see an item which has a green Live auction broadcast icon, you can participate in the live auction yourself. Please make sure you have sufficient deposit available on your RideSafely.com to bid up to your maximum bid. Read more

If i have the highest bid at the end and there’s no live bidding, do i automatically win?

There is still a live auction that we have to attend with your bid. If we end up being the highest bidders at the live auction and there is no reserve, you will be notified of winning the item. Read more

Can I have my deposit refunded before the 5 days?
