The vehicle could have a salvage title for many reasons. Flood, theft, accident, hail etc. Most of the time you can guesstimate just by looking at the pictures. Yes, but we prefer you not to do it. Considering we do not actually charge the card, we put a hold on it, the prepaid cards are difficult to release funds back to. We had customer having a hard time getting refunds and their funds back to that card. You can use any card such as a credit card or a debit card for more convenience.
