What happens if there is damage to the car when I pick it up that wasn’t in the pictures, i.e., the pictures clearly show it wasn’t there?

Usually if there are damages on the item that you can see in a picture were not there you should always ask for a manager at the time of pick up. If by any chance that was not taken care of at the time of pick up you can email info@ridesafely.com explaining the damage and showing the picture of the damage and our claims department will review.

Do all vehicles need an official inspection to be allowed on the road?

From our experience if they are a salvage title they do need to be inspected before registered. However all items have to be registered in order to be driven on the road.

How does this work when you purchase a vehicle that is in a different state than the buyer is located?

Depending on the type of title it comes with depends on the process you would have to take in your state to register the item. There are different laws for different states. We suggest you find out the process or registration in your state depending on the type of title you are receiving.
