Can the extent of the vehicle’s damage be clarified?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of auto auctions, the auction houses themselves do not conduct thorough inspections or mechanical evaluations of the vehicles on offer. Similarly, as we at RideSafely operate remotely and do not have the capability to be physically present at all auction locations, we are unable to provide detailed assessments or guarantees regarding the extent of damage on any vehicle. It’s important for our customers to understand that all vehicles are sold as-is, and we strongly encourage doing as much research as possible, including reviewing available photographs and vehicle history reports, to make an informed decision before placing a bid.

How can I inspect the vehicle before i bid it?

Only registered dealers with that particular auction can inspect the vehicles. Regular public are not allowed for inspections. Most of the time, you would have to guesstimate the damages based on pictures and description of that item. Read more

Can I pick up the clean title car and go driving?

We highly advise against it. The vehicles haven’t been inspected by a mechanic. There could be numerous unsafe things with the vehicles like bad tires, old oil or lack of it, no brakes, etc. We always say “Safety first“! You can come and pick up the vehicle by yourself or hire a shipping company to deliver the vehicle to you and we would be happy to provide you with a shipping quote. Read more
