Why there are no refund option in my account?
If refund option is not available there could be a few reasons:
- Your deposit is allocated towards an active bid or an open invoice.
- Your refund has already been processed.

Your security deposit is available for use on subsequent bids for up to 5 days. Note that the deposit merely places a hold on your card for no longer than 5 business days. Without any charges from us or a refund request from you, this hold automatically lifts after the 5-day window.

Refunds are processed weekly and typically issued within 5 days following a customer’s request, provided the offer is not approved and there are no active bids.

All refunds for payments sent to US are remitted in U.S. dollars only! Canadian customers must submit their payments to Ridesafely.ca in CANADIAN DOLLARS ONLY! All refunds to Canadian customers are remitted in Canadian dollars. All refunds for payments made to the other international offices are made in the local currency.
