How can I claim back my deposit if I decide to stop using the auction?
If your offer is not approved and you have no active bids, you can easily request a refund. Simply navigate to ‘My Account‘, then ‘My Transactions‘, and click on ‘Credits Available‘ to initiate the refund process.
