What happens to deposit when no bids were won on that day?
/0 Comments/in Processaccount/by RideSafely.comYour deposit will be credited to your ridesafely.com/en/myaccount assuming you will be bidding on more items. At any point, you can either request a refund online or call us directly for us to void your transaction back to your credit card.
Should I pay via Mastercard or Paypal, if I am a first time Buyer?
/0 Comments/in Paymentability/by RideSafely.comUnfortunately, we do not accept full payments via credit cards. We can only take your deposit of either $400 or 10% of your bid price via credit card. Full payments must be made through either bank wire transfer, cashier’s check, money order or direct deposit into Bank.
I don’t see any purchase in my account while I was the last & the highest bidder?
/0 Comments/in Processaccount/by RideSafely.comThere could be few reasons for that:
- You have been outbid before the physical auction started
- Your bids weren’t activated by submitting a deposit
- Your notifications went into JUNK folder in your email and you simply missed it.
I was trying to bid on a car but it say I have to contact customer service why please?
/0 Comments/in Processauction/by RideSafely.comThere could be several reasons why we would ask you to contact us first.
- There maybe a potential title issue (parts only, unable to register in your state, etc) – we might want to discuss that with your before you bid.
- It could be a heavy duty item and we would need to confirm with your prior to your bid that you will be able to transport it.
Without looking at the item you are trying to bid on, it’s hard to answer. Please feel free to contact us at 215-289-0300 so that we can take a look at that particular vehicle inventory item for you.
