After I win a car, I’d like to go and pick it up myself. Do I get a temporary license plate?
Yes, you are welcome to personally pick up the vehicle you’ve purchased. However, please be aware that most vehicles sold through RideSafely are classified as salvage. It is illegal to drive a salvage vehicle on public roads until repairs are completed and it has passed a safety inspection. Once it passes inspection, you can then proceed to register the vehicle. If you intend to pick up the vehicle yourself, we strongly recommend renting a tow truck or trailer for safe transportation.
