Yes, you may authorize a friend, relative, or third-party transporter to pick up the vehicle on your behalf—as long as the vehicle is being transported or hauled, not driven.
Pickup Instructions
- Once your item is ready for pickup, RideSafely will notify you via email with the full pickup location and details.
- You can also find all pickup instructions and location details listed directly on your invoice in your RideSafely account.
