How do I know where to pick up the car?
As soon as your vehicle is ready for pickup, we will:
- Email you the pickup location and instructions.
- Update your RideSafely account, where you can find all necessary pickup details listed directly on your invoice.
Make sure to regularly check both your email and your RideSafely account to stay informed and avoid any delays.
