I can’t request a refund even though I didn’t win the car, and it has been more than three days since the auction for the item ended. What should I do?
Your security deposit is available for use on subsequent bids for up to 5 days. Note that the deposit merely places a hold on your card for no longer than 5 business days. Without any charges from us or a refund request from you, this hold automatically lifts after the 5-day window.
