I didn’t win the car, and the refund option isn’t available. What should I do?
If you didn’t win the vehicle, your security deposit remains available for future bids for up to five (5) days.
Your deposit does not result in an immediate charge—it simply places a temporary hold on your card. This hold automatically expires within five business days if:
- You haven’t placed another bid,
- You haven’t submitted a refund request, and
- No charges have been made by RideSafely.
Once the hold period ends, the funds are released automatically by your payment provider.
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
