I received my vehicle from the shipping company and it has more damage than was shown in the original pictures. What can I do?

If you notice any damages at the time of vehicle pick-up that were not previously disclosed, please report these immediately to the auction facility staff before leaving the premises. RideSafely cannot assume responsibility for any damages once the vehicle has been picked up and removed from the insurance auction facility, and we will not be able to offer reimbursement.

It is crucial that either you or your shipper notifies the auction facility of any additional damages or refuses pick-up if the damages are significant. Should you or your shipper discover damages upon arrival, immediately inform the auction facility staff and contact our office. Additionally, we strongly advise that you document the damages with photos and secure a copy of the release form or shipper’s bill of lading. Please email these documents to us promptly for further assistance.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to call RideSafely support at (215) 289-0300. We’re here to help you every step of the way!
