I paid in full for the vehicle, but my invoice still shows a balance. Why?
If your RideSafely invoice shows an outstanding balance even after full payment, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Late Payment Fees
- Payments not made on time may result in a late fee of $100 per day, per item, added to the purchase price.
2. Storage Fees
- If there is a delay in vehicle pickup, storage fees of $25 per day, per item may be applied to your total cost.
3. Applying Payments to Invoices
- Payments received may be applied to outstanding invoices or deposits in your RideSafely account.
- According to the priority rules set by our affiliate dealers, any outstanding deposits are typically settled before applying funds to your current invoice.
