On a motorcycle it say my be salvaged title upon being balt. The bike is from Georgia I live in TN . And the mileage says 123 exempt what is that?
EXEMPT on mileage means that the item is 10 years old or older and recording mileage is no longer required by law. Any clean title purchased through a salvage auction may become salvage due to NMVTIS law and regulations.
