Where do I make a one-time payment for bidding, and how much does it cost?

To bid on an item at RideSafely, begin by making a one-time payment. Click the “Bid” button on the vehicle details page for the item you’re interested in. Next, enter your maximum proxy bid. You can then review the maximum total sales price, including all associated fees. The bidding process at RideSafely is designed to be straightforward, requiring you to submit a deposit—either $600 or 10% of your offer, whichever is greater, depending on the amount you intend to bid. Please note that this deposit is merely a hold on your card. If you do not purchase the item, the funds will remain on hold for up to five business days.

If you have any questions about the bidding process or need further clarification, our RideSafely support team is here to help. Please feel free to call us at (215) 289-0300 for immediate assistance.
