Deposit – How does it work if I am not the auction winner?

If you are not the auction winner, your offer is not approved, and you have no other active bids, your deposit is 100% refundable. You have several options: you can use the deposit to bid on another item on RideSafely, request a refund directly through your online account, which will be processed within 24 hours, or do nothing, and the deposit will automatically be released back to your card within 3-5 business days. Please remember that the deposit constitutes a hold on your card, not an actual charge.
