Deposit – how does it work when I am not the auction winner? Is it refundable back to credit card account in full amount?
Yes. If we are unable to purchase a vehicle for you at the auction, your deposit is 100% refundable. You can either request a refund online and it will get processed within 24 hrs or you can leave it on your account and if it was a credit card deposit, it will expire back to your card within 5 days.
