How do I get a wire transfer refund?
You can request a wire transfer refund through your RideSafely online account or by emailing our support team with the necessary details.
Option 1: Request Through Your RideSafely Account
- Log in to your RideSafely account.
- Go to the “My Transactions” section and select “Credits.”
- Enter your banking details as requested, including:
- Account holder’s name
- Account number
- Routing or SWIFT code
- Bank name and address
Option 2: Request by Email
You can also send your refund request to info[at]ridesafely.com or csr[at]ridesafely.com. Please include:
- Your full name (as listed on the wire transfer)
- Account number and routing or SWIFT code
- The address associated with your RideSafely account
Important: The name on the refund request must match the name from the original wire transfer we received. Refunds cannot be processed if the account information does not match.
