If you don’t win the bid on the car you were interested in, do you get the deposit, $299 service fee, and $150 documentation fee refunded?
The $299 service fee and $150 documentation fee are charged only upon successful purchase of an item. If you do not win the bid for the vehicle, your deposit is fully refundable, or you have the option to apply it towards future bids.
