If pickup takes over 4 days, do I get charged even if it’s not my fault?
Yes, storage fees may still apply—regardless of the reason—based on the auctions’ policy.
Auction Storage Policy
The auction facility begins charging storage fees starting from the date of purchase, not the date of pickup. This applies whether you are arranging your own transport or using RideSafely’s logistics services.
Using RideSafely Transport
If you choose RideSafely for transportation, please note:
- We typically require 1 to 5 business days to assign a driver to your destination.
- During this dispatch window, you are still responsible for any storage fees incurred before the 6th business day.
When Does RideSafely Cover Storage?
If the vehicle is not picked up within 6 business days after purchase due to scheduling delays on our end, RideSafely will cover any storage fees starting from the 6th business day onward.
