If I purchase a car at an auction and arrange shipment through my shipping company, who is responsible for the late fee if the car isn’t picked up within four days?
Each shipping company has its own policies regarding pickup timelines. Customers are responsible for any storage fees incurred due to late pickup. We recommend contacting your chosen shipping company to understand their specific policies.
If the RideSafely logistics team is handling your vehicle’s transportation, we have 1 to 5 business days from the start of the transport process to secure a driver. During this period, the customer is responsible for any storage fees. Starting on the 6th business day, RideSafely will cover those fees.
