What does it mean by “FL CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION FOR EXPORT ONLY. US CUSTOMERS – PARTS ONLY. NO TITLE”?

I am little curious. What does it mean by “FL CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION FOR EXPORT ONLY. US CUSTOMERS – PARTS ONLY. NO TITLE” seen in inventory no 1802309662. In this case, if I am importing this vehicle to my country, Sweden, what is the title of the car? Because we are suppose to declare the title of the car at Sweden custom department where they decide whether I can register this car in Sweden. If car can runs and drive why the auction people are not giving a title to the car?

Each state has different laws on how the insurance company treats a damaged (flood) vehicle. Some states will make it a salvage title vehicle, some will make it parts only. In this case, you will receive a FL Certificate of Destruction. If you were in USA, this would mean a parts only vehicle to you. For export, it depends on the country if you can register it or not. Please find out from your customs what this would mean in Sweden.
