What does “Certificate of Destruction” mean?

For US customers, a “Certificate of Destruction” indicates that the vehicle can only be used for parts and is not eligible for registration within the United States. However, you may export the vehicle if necessary. If you intend to purchase and export the item through RideSafely, you must update your address to an overseas location and provide a passport from that country.
