What happens if there is damage to the car when I pick it up that wasn’t in the pictures, i.e., the pictures clearly show it wasn’t there?
Usually if there are damages on the item that you can see in a picture were not there you should always ask for a manager at the time of pick up. If by any chance that was not taken care of at the time of pick up you can email info@ridesafely.com explaining the damage and showing the picture of the damage and our claims department will review.
