- Wait for Notification: Please do not attempt to pick up the vehicle until you have received official confirmation that it’s ready.
- Complete Paperwork and Payment: The vehicle cannot be released if:
- Required documents are incomplete or unapproved, or
- There is any outstanding balance on your RideSafely account.
