When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed on a weekly basis and are typically issued within 3–5 business days after your request, as long as the offer is not approved and there are no active bids associated with your RideSafely account.
To avoid delays, please ensure:
- You do not have any pending or active bids
- Your offer has not been accepted by the seller
If both conditions are met, your refund will be automatically initiated during the next processing cycle.
