Why does it say my bid limit is $0?

Your bidding limit is determined by the deposit you have available in your RideSafely account. For instance, a deposit of $600 sets your bidding limit at $6,000, while a deposit of $1,000 allows a limit of $10,000. Please note that the minimum deposit required to bid is $600 or 10% of the bid amount, whichever is greater. This policy ensures that all bids are backed by sufficient funds, enhancing the reliability of the auction process.

If you have any questions about bidding limits or account deposits, please don’t hesitate to contact our RideSafely support team. You can reach us at (215) 289-0300. We are here to assist you with any inquiries to ensure your experience is straightforward and successful.
