Why did I receive a notice that my bid was no longer the highest after RideSafely’s bidding ended?

Even if you hold the highest bid at the close of RideSafely’s bidding period, the Insurance Auction might receive and accept a higher bid from another authorized bidder. Our affiliated dealer will bid only up to your specified maximum. Therefore, we encourage you always to submit the absolute maximum bid you are willing to pay for the vehicle to increase your chances of winning or participating in the live auction broadcast after preliminary bidding has ended on RideSafely. See our FAQ section on how to bid using the Live Broadcasts option.

If you need guidance on bidding strategies or have questions about auction updates, our RideSafely support team is ready to assist you. Please contact us at (215) 289-0300 for immediate support.
