What is a non-public title? I assume I cannot bid unless I have a dealer license.
A ‘non-public title’ refers to a listing designated for dealers at an auction. However, when you bid through RideSafely, this restriction does not apply to you. As licensed dealers, we purchase the item on your behalf, allowing you to participate in auctions that might otherwise be closed to the public.
