How do I cancel my bids/order?
All bids are binding, and all sales are final at RideSafely. However, you may still have an option to cancel your bid if the item has not yet gone through the auction and we have not purchased the item on your behalf. This provides a small window where cancellation is possible, ensuring you have some flexibility in certain situations. Please act promptly if you need to cancel a bid, as this option is only available before the auction process is completed.
