When will I receive notification of the results from the Insurance Auction?
Customers with the highest active bid will be notified about the results of the Insurance Auction in several ways:
- Email Notification: You will receive an email detailing the auction outcome.
- Personal Phone Call: A RideSafely representative will contact you to discuss the results and next steps.
- Account Updates: Results will also be posted in the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
The results are typically published by 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the day of the auction. However, if our affiliated dealer is awaiting approval from the Insurance Auction, it may take up to three business days.
