If I make a deposit on a vehicle and lose the bid, what happens to my deposit?
By default, your deposit will be placed on your Ridesafely.com account at which point you can request a refund or use it to look for another vehicle. If you are using a credit card, we only preauthorize it, which means that if we don’t charge it for the WON vehicle, it will expired back to your credit card within 5 business days.
