Does participating in auctions cost anything?

Access to our online car auctions is free, and there is no charge to bid on our site. However, a deposit of either $600 or 10% of the bid amount (whichever is greater) is required to participate in an actual auction. We want you to feel confident about the process, so we’ve made it transparent. Additional fees apply if you purchase an item. For items over $1,000, RideSafely charges a fee of $299, a documentation fee of $150, and an auction fee, which varies based on the bid amount and auction type. Our site features a fee calculator; enter your potential bid amount by clicking the bid button to estimate the total fees.
