What happens to the deposit if no bids are won on that day?
If you do not win any bids on a particular day, your deposit will be credited to your RideSafely account, assuming you plan to bid on additional items. You have the flexibility to request a refund at any time either online or by contacting us directly. To initiate a refund, you can call us to have the transaction voided and the amount returned to your credit card.
